DESCRIPTION:@The Valley www.grachtenfestival.nl Seven young musicians on clarinet\, trombone\, accordion\, percussion\, violin\, cello and double bass\, selected through an open call by Grachtenfestival and Amarte. They will perform a new composition by Artist in Residence Arjan Linker\, inspired by the Indian raga Patdeep and specially arranged for the ensemble. The concert will conclude spectacularly with The Fried Seven featuring Laura Dooge\, bringing swing rooted in the tradition of Armstrong\, Ellington and Jelly Roll Morton.
