ARTZUID International Sculpture Route
Zuidas is taking part in the ARTZUID sculpture route for the second time this year. The Zuidplein, Gustav Mahlerplein and Gershwinplein will be home to works by internationally-known artists such as Dinh Q. Le, Martin Pfeifler, El Anatsui and Mario Merz.

Some of the world's best women golfers will be playing in the Deloitte Ladies Open from May 24-26. The tournament takes place at The International, a stunning championship course near Schiphol Airport and marks the first time Amsterdam has hosted a tournament in the Ladies European Tour.

Beatrixpark 75 jaar
Op zondag 26 mei aanstaande wordt het 75-jarig bestaan van het Beatrixpark in Amsterdam (Zuid) feestelijk gevierd. Niet voor niets is deze datum gekozen; het is dan ook de ANWB Nationale Parkendag. Deze dag staat in het Beatrixpark in het teken van ecologie en biologisch, kunst en cultuur, jeugdactiviteiten en leuke dingen met je hond. De dag begint om 12.00 uur en duurt tot 18.00 uur. Iedereen is welkom, er wordt geen entree geheven. Het Beatrixpark is zowel bereikbaar met de auto als het openbaar vervoer; het park ligt tussen station Amsterdam RAI en Amsterdam
Zuid in. Studenten van ROC Zuid tekenen voor de organisatie.

Spring concert with the Fin d’Siècle trio
Three musicians who have earned their stripes in a number of different ensembles come together for a spring concert: Karin Leutscher (flute), Örzse Adam (viola) and Eva Tebbe (harp). The combination of these three different instruments creates a rich and varied palette of sound.
The lunch concert take place from 12.30 to 13.30 in the Central Hall of World Trade Center Amsterdam.

The international exhibition Pixar: 25 Years of Animation opens its doors to the public on Thursday May 30th 2013 at Amsterdam EXPO. This exhibition features over 500 pieces of art selected from the archives of Pixar Animation Studios in California.

Tijdens deze middag houdt Henk van Os een speciale Zuidas lezing over de internationale sculptuurroute van Amsterdam, loopt u een deel van deze route in Zuidas en ontmoet u relaties die betrokken zijn bij Zuidas.
